- GJC provides international recruitment and labour immigration advisory services, including:
- Recruitment and placement of non-EU workers (Asia, Africa) in Romania.
- Assistance with work permits, long-stay visas and residence permits.
- Advisory for Romanian workers seeking employment in EU countries.
- Intermediation and consulting for partner recruitment agencies.
3. Use of the Website
- The website is intended for adult users (minimum 18 years old).
- Prohibited: illegal, fraudulent use or use that infringes the rights of others.
- Prohibited: submitting false, misleading or incomplete data through website forms.
- Prohibited: any attempt at unauthorised access to GJC systems.
4. Fees
- Basic candidate profile services are free for candidates.
- Employer services (document processing, permits, advisory) are priced per the commercial offer.
- GJC does not charge commissions from workers placed in the EU under outbound/EU-mobility advisory services (assistance for Romanian workers seeking employment in EU countries).
5. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by Romanian law.
- Disputes will be resolved first amicably; otherwise before the courts of Oradea, Romania.
- For alternative dispute resolution (ADR), Romanian consumers may contact ANPC (National Authority for Consumer Protection): https://anpc.ro. The EU ODR platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) is available for cross-border EU disputes.
